There's a new burger on the block and it's launching today

There's a new smash burger on the block, Supra Burger, and it's debuting on Monday, May 13, with a residency running at the Cocotte site in Queens Park. Supra Burger is introducing its smashing good burgers with a goal to serve the highest-quality burgers, drawing inspiration from New York and using only high-quality, premium ingredients.

Founder Romain Bourrillon, also the founder of rotisserie chicken restaurants Cocotte, believes in great quality tasty food and, when it comes to burgers, simplicity is best to let the quality of the meat do the talking. 

Located in the heart of North-West London, Supra Burger is launching with five banging burgers paired with a range of delicious sides and sauces. The star of the menu is the Supra Burger, generously loaded with cheese, onions, pickles, and Supra sauce. Following closely is the Bacon Cheeseburger featuring cheese, bacon, onions, and a secret house sauce. For those craving a classic taste, the Classic Cheeseburger offers a combo of cheese, salad, tomato, and golden sauce. Spice enthusiasts will love the Spicy BBQ Burger, topped with grilled onions and cheese. Lastly, the Truffle Burger boasts cheese, crispy onions, and a rich truffle sauce.
