Hearty bistro on the waterfront
Restaurang Slipen is an ambitious mid-range restaurant, housed in the premises that were formerly home to Michelin-starred restaurant, Oaxen. Wooden rowing boats and other marine details hang from the ceiling, and the rest of the interiors ooze rural archipelago style.
