Mister French

Mister French, or “Franskan” as it's known by regulars, has its base in Stockholm but they've expanded with another restaurant in Åre. They serve cocktails along with Mediterranean-inspired and French dishes in magnificent Art Deco surroundings. 

Look around in Åre square and you'll spot  Mister French, a restaurant and cocktail bar serving up everything from apres-ski and brunch to a lively dinner club and lounge. The modern brasserie has a Roaring Twenties Great Gatsby vibe with a cocktail bar and open kitchen. The kitchen makes dishes based in French cuisine and gastronomically adapted to the mountain surroundings.

The bar serves both classic cocktails and creative variations, along with alternative drinks and snacks to complete the experience. The keywords are innovative work, feeling and passion, combining to create an inviting spot with views over the square. 

The nightclub, Club Chambre, may be on the smaller side, but it still makes a big impression. Dance to live performances and DJs, where the volume increases the later it gets, creating a party atmosphere after long days on the slopes. Mister French's own Après-Ski is held out in the lounge area, where the resident DJ Björn Salomonsson spins the decks, giving evenings a French tone.
