The Social, in the Quality Hotel Grand in central Borås, is right on the Viskan promenade. They've created a meeting place in a cosy and modern style with green plants, dark woods and subdued lighting for hungry and thirsty guests. The menu is full of European flavours and influences that reflect the seasonal ingredients. In the evenings, they serve classic bistro dishes with a modern twist, such as Caesar salad and burgers.
Next to the restaurant is The Social's bar, which is decorated like a homely living room with large sofas, armchairs and bookshelves. Meet up and have a pre-drink or an afterwork in the bar's vibrant surroundings. You can also challenge each other to a game of shuffleboard or pinball. In the summer, The Social opens its outdoor seating in the garden facing the river.
