Bayit Bagels

Brighton's Open Market is home to Bayit Bagels, a sibling-run spot from Oli and Abi Itkin that's already got a cult following, despite not being open for long. You'll spot it easily thanks to its bold terracotta shopfront vibe right on the edge of The Level. The bagels are fresh out of the oven and European in style, coming in a few different options, like chopped egg, and smoked salmon and schmear. You can also choose your bagel, they have herby options, as well as plain, sesame seed, poppy seed and more. It's got that relaxed feel Brighton does best, complete with friendly faces.
