The Independent is a Hanover favourite known for its changing line-up of craft beers. Inside, it's homely, with reclaimed wood and vintage touches, and a blackboard above the bar proudly listing the latest brews on rotation. The staff are genuinely passionate about beer and happy to guide you to choose your new favourite pint. There's no kitchen here, but you're welcome to bring your own food. They also host the occasional event, including an annual beer festival.
