The Pond is an independent pub in Brighton's North Laine serving a huge variety of beer from all around the world. They've even got their own Pondwater Pale Ale on tap. Many people come here for their bao buns, curated by Street Diner, who has been a resident in the kitchen for many years. Choose from a menu of Taiwanese buns with meat, fish, veggie and vegan fillings, alongside a selection of small plates. Wash it down with one of their beers or a cocktail from their menu that includes all the classics.
