Right in the heart of Brighton, Café Coho has become something of a local staple, with branches in the South Lanes, Queens Road and Hove. The original South Lanes spot is a bright, bustling café with a sunny outdoor area that's perfect for people-watching over brunch or coffee. Expect all the usual café favourites, including pastries to hearty breakfasts, plus excellent coffee. What really stands out, though, is their “invisible toast” initiative, which is a £2.50 donation to The Clocktower Sanctuary that supports Brighton's homeless community.
