Redroaster at Brighton Dome

Redroaster is a pioneering coffee roastery in Britain and the oldest one in Brighton, with its original location in St James's Street dating back more than a quarter of a century. The nearby Brighton Dome spin-off offers a slightly more formal experience, where sustainable plates of tasty European favourites and premium drinks are served in the evening. They still offer Redroaster's famed brunch dishes during the day, however. The venue is pleasant and modern, with a big heated terrace.
