Tom has been in the sandwich business since 2008, and his latest spot proves it. There's a menu of fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, jacket potatoes, and warming soups come winter, all made with local, seasonal ingredients. There's also great coffee, courtesy of Lewes roaster Tigermoth. It's affordable and everything you want from a proper neighbourhood lunch spot.
