Vios in Brighton's Lanes brings a slice of the Mediterranean to the city, inspired by its founders' Greek roots. The space is light and earthy, and the menu follows suit with simple, fresh dishes, such as daily-baked pastries, yoghurt bowls, wraps, meze plates, and salads, plus a few sweet treats for later. Coffee is taken seriously, accompanied by Greek wines and a few local beers for those who prefer something stronger.
