Having found a new home in Hove, local favourite Carne retains its fondness for great meat, cooked to perfection. High-welfare British steaks are the highlight of the menu here, along with a selection of starters, sides, and indulgent desserts. The venue is easy-going and welcoming, with an outdoor terrace in Church Road a prime spot for a bit of people-watching.
