Cin Cin Hove

Considered one of the best restaurants in Brighton and Hove, period, Cin Cin grew out of a passion catering project by a former Australian attorney born to Italian immigrants, forging a link with his past and his faraway home after moving to the UK.

Eventually, the catering business gave way to a bricks-and-mortar location, now found in Hove. Behind a simple blue façade, Cin Cin encompasses an open kitchen with a polished wooden counter where you can take in all the action, as well as an outdoor terrace and a private dining area suitable for various functions and events.

Changing on a monthly basis, Cin Cin's menu revolves around timeless Italian tradition, contemporary culinary creativity, and seasonal inspirations. You can always count on plates of handmade pasta to make an appearance, with the Cin Cin pasta masters also hosting pasta workshops every so often.
