Fatto a Mano Hove

The homegrown Fatto a Mano pizzeria group is a proper local success story. Since launching their first pizzeria in 2015, they've expanded to multiple locations in both Brighton and London and are regularly considered to be among the best pizza places in both cities. Neapolitan-style pizza is the focus here, with the dough proved for at least 24 hours, covered with a range of different toppings, and baked at 450 degrees. The Hove branch is spacious and features both indoor and outdoor seating, but for a true seaside treat, you'll want to grab your pizza to go and enjoy it sprawled out on the beach just down the road.
