Launched by a pair of friends who moved to the UK from Japan specifically to open their own restaurant, Goemon Ramen Bar serves some of the most authentic ramen around. The founders have worked hard to perfect their creamy, full-bodies ramen broth, serving a range of different ramen bowls in their laidback ramen bar. Ramen kits for home preparation are available as well, and you can try less familiar dishes such as the mazesoba brothless ramen here too. Goemon Ramen Bar is regularly considered one of the best restaurants in Brighton.
