Lost Boys Chicken runs the kitchen at The Joker in Preston Circus, serving some of Brighton's best buffalo wings and stacked chicken sandwiches. Everything is cooked fresh, with all their sauces made in small batches right here in Brighton. First-timers should go for the classic buffalo wings with blue cheese, or one of their “sandwiches”, which is basically a filthy chicken bun made for getting messy.
