Meatliquor started out as a food truck in South London in the late 00s, steadily growing to multiple permanent branches around London, as well as this one in Brighton. With psychedelic decor and a vibrant atmosphere, the diner-style restaurant and bar toes the line between dining establishment and dive bar, serving smash burgers, buffalo wings, and other comfort food alongside cocktails, beer, and other drinks. Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting, and you can also play pool here.
