Inside, it's a slick space with a bar mixing killer cocktails, but in summer, The Terrace is the place to be, perched above the seafront with sweeping sea views. On Sundays, their iconic Pearly Cow roasts come with all the trimmings, while throughout the rest of the week, lunch and dinner celebrate seasonal ingredients from the South Downs and the surrounding coastline. They also have a range of private spaces for dining or hiring out.
