Pie O My runs out of The Bottom's Rest on Lower Market Street in Hove, where two mates are serving relaxed Italian-American dishes in a proper pub setting. The menu changes, but you'll usually find things like chilli and garlic olives, super-crunchy smashed potatoes, buttermilk-fried chicken tenders made with a sauce recipe one of the owners found in his back pocket, and pastas like vodka cream penne or wild garlic pappardelle.
