The UK's first vegan pizzeria, Purezza was born in Brighton in 2015 and has since spread further afield. Offering a fully plant-based menu that's won awards for its authentic flavours, the restaurant specialises in gluten-free sourdough pizzas made with locally sourced ingredients, as well as small plates. The original location near Pavilion Gardens is a charmingly rough-hewn venue with dim lighting and outdoor seating.
