Si Signore

Since opening in 2006, Si Signore has been serving up a little slice of Italy right in the heart of Brighton's North Laine. The menu is an ode to the classics, featuring rich, slow-cooked Bolognese, oven-baked lasagna, and their signature Spaghetti alla Signore, which is served with king prawns, olives, and courgettes. Pizzas come straight from the oven on Roman-style bases, while fresh salads, creamy risottos, and small plates, such as calamari fritti or panzerotti, also feature.
