Stem opened in Hove in early 2026 as a chef-led British bistro and wine bar from the team behind Dilsk. The focus is on seasonal British food, with simple plates done well. Drinks cover a considered mix of classic and low-intervention wines, alongside cocktails and craft beer. The space is relaxed and design-led, with vinyl soundtracks and rotating art on the walls, giving it a real neighbourhood feel. It works equally well for a glass at the bar, sharing plates, or settling in for the evening.
