The Chilli Pickle has been spicing up Brighton since 2010, and after a stint on Jubilee Street, it's back in The Lanes where it all began. The vibe is cosier and more intimate, but the food still delivers. Expect crunchy onion bhajis, dishes like rich oxtail madras, creamy butter chicken, and fluffy naans — the chilli butter one is a hit. This has a name for being one of Brighton's best Indian restaurants.
