Located in the heart of Brighton's North Laine, We Love Falafel is exactly what it says on the tin: a spot devoted to the beloved chickpea ball, done properly. Expect the freshest falafel, which you can see them making out the back (none of that dry supermarket stuff), served up in combos like basil and cashew or smoky paprika. The place started life as a coffee bar before turning full falafel, and it still has that laid-back, local vibe. Everything's vegetarian, with plenty for vegans and the gluten-free crowd too.
