Open since 2014, it's known for its signature mix of Madagascan chocolate and espresso, which sounds intense but really just tastes like someone cared. Brunch is seasonal and colourful, think shakshuka, French toast and good sourdough, plus cakes. The mood is friendly, a bit creative, very Brighton, and there's a clear effort to keep things sustainable.
