The restaurant is named after the Greek cargo ship that famously crashed on Brighton beach in 1980.
Clad in white tiles, exposed brickwork, and wooden panelling, the Athena B Fish & Chips restaurant is a cosy take on the classic chippy. Run by the same family since the mid-1990s, with its roots going even further back, it takes great pride in the quality of its award-winning fish 'n' chips. The food here is made exclusively with sustainably sourced fish, Grade A chipping potatoes peeled on the day, and other top-notch ingredients. Takeaway is available as well, and they serve vegan fish 'n' chips too.
