Explore the city through tricky challenges

City Escape Games is a playful challenge that can be found in cities all over Sweden and Europe. Compete against friends, colleagues or family while discovering the city's hidden gems. By answering tricky questions, you complete the game and find the secret portal. All you need is the app that gives you all the info you need to get started.

The game consists of 25 exciting missions that you must solve to find the secret path through a virtual barbed wire to the secret portal. The missions can be to answer questions that range from interesting facts to fun riddles and other entertaining tasks. The hunt takes you to both hidden places and sights, all over a radius of about three and a half kilometres.

Play using an app on your mobile phone where each correct answer reveals the next challenge on an interactive map. Choose for yourself whether you want to pause the game and solve the challenge over several occasions, or if you want to race against the clock and challenge other teams on the leaderboard - but beware, because every wrong answer results in a time add-on while waiting for the next attempt.

The game is a fun and clever way to discover a city and is suitable for people aged 13 and up. The recommended team size is 1–5 people and if you have a large group, over 20 people in total, you can contact the organisers for help with tailoring the set-up. The game is suitable for everyone, whether you're visiting the city for the first time or think you have all the nooks and crannies covered.
