Taking place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, the Bolton Food and Drink Festival brings dozens of food traders, renowned chefs other leading hospitality figures, and thousands of visitors to the Greater Manchester town. Across four days, visitors can sample tasty street food, see chefs in action at cooking demonstrations, catch live music gigs, enjoy family-friendly fun, and more.

This year, the varied programme of events will be headlined by none other than celebrity chef Marco Pierre White, who will host two special cooking demos and a Q&A session. Regular festival guest James Martin will return this year as well, but that's just the tip of what will be going on.
