Yum Cha, the renowned dim sum spot in Manchester's city centre, is set to open a brand new second location in Altrincham with a date TBC.

This new branch will be located in the Foundation building within the Stamford Quarter, serving up all the classic dishes that make the restaurant so popular. You can expect a menu of dumplings, roast meats, rice dishes, stir-fried noodles, and more.

Yum Cha's first branch opened at Kampus in 2022 and quickly grew a cult following following the success of their first sites in Liverpool and Warrington. The Stamford Quarter's Foundation building, formerly the Rackhams department store, will also welcome a Lane 7 bowling alley and Starbucks, so you can really make a day of it here.
