Indian street food icon Chit 'n' Chaat has announced that it will open its fourth Manchester branch at the Trafford Centre in the autumn. The authentic Indian street food franchise already has successful restaurants in Deansgate Square, Rusholme, and Cheadle.

The popular dining spot, which pays homage to both north and south Indian flavours via a variety of curries, noodle dishes, and breads, is opening a new restaurant at the Trafford Centre's Upper Orient food hall. Chit 'n' Chaat first opened its doors on the Curry Mile in Rusholme in July 2020 and has continued to gain popularity among avid Manchester foodies.

The street food fave will be joining the Trafford Centre's new 'Eastern Garden' dining spot in the Upper Orient, formerly known as Chinatown. The area is set to welcome even more restaurants in the coming months, including pan-Asian street food restaurant Hello Oriental and Asian-inspired healthy spot Itsu.
