Manchester is getting a sleek new steakhouse this autumn

Launched in York City Centre in 2019, The Cut & Craft is a refined steakhouse concept that has since expanded its premium dining offer to Leeds. Now it's Manchester's turn.

The Manchester branch of The Cut & Craft will be located in Manchester City Centre, on the corner of Mosley Street and York Street. The restaurant group is known for its opulent settings and it's going to be no different with the Manchester venue, which is taking over the former Manchester and Salford Bank. The Grade II-listed building dates back to 1862 and the restaurant will be based in the former banking room with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and intricate period decor. The vaults beneath the ground floor will serve as private dining rooms.

The menu at the new Cut & Craft will feature the group's signature emphasis on quality steaks and sustainable seafood, accompanied by high-end items such as caviar, hand-cut beef tartare, oysters, and more. Between the setting, menu, and established reputation, this is gearing up to be one of the hottest new openings in Manchester this year, so stay tuned for more details as they come, including the exact opening date.
