They're gearing up for the launch of Posie, a cocktail bar located in the Bloc building in Manchester City Centre. Spread across two levels, the bar's guiding principle is “cocktails + conversation,” which is a pretty clear indicator of what the plan is. Expect a convivial, chatty atmosphere for drinking inventive cocktails, accompanied by snacks like oysters and small plates.
