Comfort food specialists Brewski (also known for American Pies) are opening a new restaurant in Salford this autumn. The new smokehouse concept revolves around classic American barbecue cuisine, served by weight.
Yep, at Big Tray BBQ you'll be able to load up your tray at the counter, choosing from a broad assortment of variously grilled, smoked, and spiced meats from across the USA, homemade side dishes, sauces, and more. Already announced dishes include the likes of 16-hour beef brisket, hot honey jalapeño cornbread, smoked birria lamb shanks, and more. Then you take your tray to the till, weight it up, pay, and dig in.
