A thrilling exhibition commemorating the 85th anniversary of Batman is displaying never-before-seen props from the superhero's various cinematic outings.
The Caped Crusader is one of the best-known and most beloved superheroes in history and boasts an impressive filmography, with which of the Batman movies is the greatest of all time being a regular matter of debate and hot takes. Regardless of whether you're a fan of the twisted Michael Keaton classics, the rubber nipples of George Clooney, the gravelly voice of Christian Bale, or the ultra-serious tone of Robert Pattinson's take on the character, you can now come together at “Batman Unmasked: The Exhibition”.
This collection of original props, costumes, and exhibitions used in the Batman films from 1989 to 2022 offers a unique glimpse behind the scenes of Gotham as we've come to know and love it on the silver screen. Spread across nine themed rooms, visitors will be able to explore key settings such as the Batcave, see Batsuits and super-villain props, and marvel at iconic vehicles used in the films. The experience also includes plenty of photo opportunities, a comic book and gaming area, and a merch store.
“Batman Unmasked: The Exhibition” is on display at Depot Mayfield in Manchester from 16 July to 25 August, before travelling to London. It will be on display in the heart of Covent Garden from 6 September. Find out more and book your tickets on the exhibition website.
