Higher Ground is serving a seasonal feast-sharing menu that will be available for all party sizes. Expect a range of delicious dishes, like coal-roasted venison, golden beetroot with whipped goat curd and sticky malt pudding with milk ice cream. The seasonal feast-sharing menu can accommodate dietary preferences and allergies, including vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian. Groups of six or more will be served the feast menu, while smaller parties can choose between the feast or the à la carte menu.

For Christmas this year, Australasia is hosting a celebration inspired by Christmas Island, an Australian territory in the Indian Ocean known for its 1977 Christmas stamp collection. Instead of 12 days of Christmas, they will offer a 12-week festive journey in the lead-up, giving away a different gift every week. As for food, they're serving things like beef rib eye, roast cod loin, pumpkin curry, and other things that aren't so classic, such as sushi platters and more.
