Manchester & District Iyengar Yoga

Manchester & District Iyengar Yoga is the oldest Iyengar yoga organisation in the UK and one of the largest too. The studio is housed in an attractive refurbished building in Dukinfield. Classes here are taught by certified teachers, with sessions suitable for every level of experience on the timetable. The studio also provides training for those who would like to become Iyengar yoga teachers.
