Buzzrocks is a Hulme celebrity on the fast food scene. It is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Buzzcocks, who have evolved their original trailer food stall into a buzzy restaurant with a cult following. The menu includes a bunch of wholesome Caribbean dishes, including their foolproof jerk chicken, which is made using the same recipe from one day, doused in a rich gravy. Other highlights include fried dumplings, curried lamb, boneless ackee, and salt fish, amongst many other dishes.
