Since 2019, May Wakefield, owner of Chilli B, has been making waves at Mackie Mayor. From humble beginnings as a street food trader in South Manchester, May brought Chilli B to the city's top food hall, Mackie Mayor, introducing a variety of experimental Thai dishes to locals.
