Launched in 2022 by a pair of brothers, learning on the job as they went, Thatziki started out as a food truck slinging gyros wraps, loaded fries, and boxes of Greek goodness. They've since grown into a bricks-and-mortar site in Chorlton where you can get your Greek on with indulgent, customisable street food options, and they've been a big hit with the local community. Their food truck is still around, too – you can hire it for events.
