Thatziki Manchester

Launched in 2022 by a pair of brothers, learning on the job as they went, Thatziki started out as a food truck slinging gyros wraps, loaded fries, and boxes of Greek goodness. They've since expanded to multiple locations where you can get your Greek on with indulgent, customisable street food options, including a bricks-and-mortar site in Manchester. Their food truck is still around, too – you can hire it for events.
