The VIP in the title doesn't stand for Very Important Person – though the servers will definitely try their best to make you feel like one – but for Very Italian Pizza, and five generations of the family that has run VIP Pizza since the mid-19th century have dedicated their life to making that true. Authentic Neapolitan pizzas with a variety of toppings are available here, including build-your-own pizza options, along with pasta dishes and other Italian classics. The Saltdean restaurant features rustic, taverna-like decor and has a deli section as well.
