Northern Quarter favourite The Green Lab has announced the launch of its brand new summer menu curated by its in-house nutritionist.
This lifestyle hub on Dale Street is all about holistic health and wellness and has become a hit with those more conscious of fuelling their body with the right foods. They prioritise fresh produce and health in everything they make, using minimal refined sugars and working with their registered nutritionist to craft each menu. There's also a fitness studio on-site where they host reformer pilates classes and more.
The new menu features the new 'Falawaffle', a falafel shaped into a waffle and served with lemon and ginger hummus, chopped salad, za'atar croutons and drizzled with gold amba yoghurt. If waffles are your jam, there's also the Wasabi Salmon Waffle with spinach, smoked salmon, wasabi cream cheese and a poached egg sprinkled with coriander furikake.
It's not all waffles and wasabi here; those with a sweet tooth also have something to get excited about. Choose from the White Choc Malibu Pancakes served with peach and ginger compote, tropical granola and white chocolate or keep it simple with an Açai Bowl.
The drinks menu is chock full of organic homemade juices, smoothies, and protein shakes, while other food consists of freshly-made dishes, build-your-own nutrition bowls, jam-packed salads and other light bites.
The Green Lab also houses a brand new Matcha Lab that serves up iced matchas in fruity flavours - perfect for cooling down during a summer spell.
