The Green Lab, opened by Manchester sisters Nikita and Kanika, is a well-being health space with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices. The space is decorated with fairy lights, potted plants, local artists' art, and long wooden benches. The menu is centred around nutrition and is suitable for every kind of diner, from vegan and gluten-free to dairy-free and more. You can build your own nutrition bowl here, where you choose your base, fillers and protein, or opt for a pre-made one. They also serve a range of homemade juices made with the freshest ingredients. In the basement, beneath the café, there's a fitness studio where you can attend different group classes.
