The founders of Higher Ground are behind this seafood and listening bar in Manchester. Opened in late 2025, the venture serves a menu of seafood and snacks, pours considered cocktails and craft beers, and pumps soothing beats through its world-class sound system. The Dishes include the likes of brioche rolls with seaweed butter, steamed surf clams with bacon and sherry, and a selection of caviar.
