The Eagle & Child

At the edge of Greater Manchester you'll find The Eagle & Child in Ramsbottom. This comfortable and contemporary pub offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape from its spacious garden and the indoor area. Inside you'll find a light-filled space with floor-to-ceiling windows, tiled floors, and trailing greenery. The inside area is pleasant but many guests come for the garden, complete with a tipi that can be hired for a range of special occasions. The garden is equipped with an outside bar and games.

Sourdough pizzas are cooked to order in the open kitchen, made with homegrown herbs and veggies. A menu of sandwiches and refined pub food is also on offer, including a traditional Sunday lunch – choose from 28 day aged roast beef or a vegetarian roast cauliflower steak. Ingredients are locally sourced.
