Forbici is a devout believer in the Neapolitan style of pizza, placing an emphasis on its dough – supposedly “the world's most powerful pizza dough”. Made using imported Italian ingredients and baked in an imported Italian pizza oven, the pizzas at Forbici come accompanied by a pair of scissors so you can cut them up yourself. Italian craft beers provide the perfect pairing as well.
