The food is good, but the service unfortunately drags down the experience. It feels so unprofessional. And I should come up with something concrete, but it's very much about a feeling. Maybe that the staff never goes the extra mile, especially when the food is nothing extra and still costs a lot. Side note: bad vegetarian options.
