What is probably Uppsala's most conservative cocktail bar can be found at the Grand Hotel Hörnan. Forget new-fangled cocktails and instead embrace perfectly balanced Cosmopolitans, sparkling Bellini cocktails, and bone-dry Dry Martinis served in a 1920s setting. The cocktail bar is known as Room 38 and is “the room that can't be booked but is open to all.”
