I pierced my nose with silver and stuff about a week ago. At first, I thought it was pretty well done for the price, but then I had to pay more for wipes I didn't even ask for. The person who did my piercing and took the payment added extra charges without me knowing. Then they forgot to secure my nose piercing with a back or something, so the piercing fell out two days later. After that, I had to put an earring in the hole instead because I didn't want it to close up. I had clean hands and a clean new earring when I put it on, but now it's infected; it's not my fault but theirs. I recommend not getting pierced and not supporting their shop since, after 5 emails, I haven't received any response from them. They have been complaint emails, but they haven't said anything to me at all. Therefore, my experience there was very poor, and I was not met with understanding or anything. I didn't feel welcome. I think it was very unprofessional of them not to respond to my emails after two weeks.
