And a completely dead lettuce...... You've got to be kidding. Whole grilled roasted. The whole meal is cold, 3 small potatoes that are tough and cold and the asparagus was safely cooked the day before, that one too....and the meat completely tasteless. The wine was warm, 28-30 degrees. The staff doesn't pick up when guests have left, then when they finally do, then they do it before we get help. The staff stand with their mobile phones instead of looking up at the guests. This is just a small description of how we experienced Sjöboden.
